Ultimately, you&#39;ll make sure our products not only attract users but also scale sustainably to create financial happiness for everyone.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Curious about what makes Moniepoint an incredible place to work?&lt;/em&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;https://moniepoint.com/blog&quot;&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Check out posts on how we cultivate a culture of innovation, teamwork, and growth.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Partner closely with product managers, business development, and data engineering teams to help our growth team uncover problems and make product metrics highly visible.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Translate complex product and business questions into simple, actionable insights.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Build, maintain, and scale self-service dashboards and custom visualisation tools.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Own end-to-end analytics for our growth products—from gathering data requirements and estimating opportunity sizes to designing experiments and conducting post-launch impact reviews.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Cultivate trusted relationships across teams, acting as a collaborative link between technology, business, and product.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Apply advanced mathematical and statistical modelling techniques (including A/B tests, multivariate testing, clustering, and supervised learning) to solve practical business problems that drive high-impact results.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;3 to 4 years of professional experience (excluding academic projects and internships) in a quantitative analysis role within high-scale tech companies, tier-1 consulting firms, or investment banks with strong programming demands.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Excellent SQL skills (which we will test during our interview process).&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Practical experience designing, running, and analysing experiments on digital products (such as A/B and multivariate tests).&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Hands-on experience with popular visualisation tools like Tableau or Looker.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience applying statistical modelling and advanced analytics to deliver practical, product-shaping insights.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong skills in statistical programming (Python) and familiarity with tools like Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter notebooks.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Clear, professional spoken and written English.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Additional skills&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Product management&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Analytics&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Marketing&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Data Science&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Design&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Customer Success&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What we can offer you&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Culture - We put our people first and prioritise every team member&#39;s well-being.
