Acceptance of Terms

GOH GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is the registered legal company operating GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES HUB (GOH AI). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

GOH's Role — Information Platform Only

GOH is an information, discovery and AI guidance platform. We are not an employer, recruiter, university, immigration adviser, visa agent, lender, insurer or travel agency, and we do not guarantee employment, admission, funding, visa approval, relocation or any financial outcome. Listings and AI answers are provided for information only, and you must verify them with the official source before applying, paying money, signing a contract or travelling. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your country. Organisations that create accounts must represent a real, verifiable entity.

User Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.

Employer Accounts

Employers must provide accurate company information, may only post genuine opportunities, and must comply with local employment and anti-discrimination law.

Job Listings

Job postings must describe a real, currently available role with accurate title, location, compensation range where required by law, and application process.

Scholarships

Scholarship listings must include accurate eligibility criteria, deadlines and awarding institution. Requesting fees from applicants is prohibited.

Internships

Internship listings must comply with local labour law regarding paid vs. unpaid arrangements, working hours and learning objectives.

Remote Jobs

Remote listings must state eligible countries or time zones and any right-to-work requirements.

Migration Resources

Migration content is informational only, does not constitute legal advice and is not a guarantee of a visa outcome.

AI Career Assistant

AI features (CV review, job matching, interview coach, translations, visa assistant) produce advisory outputs. Always verify important decisions with a qualified professional.

Premium Membership

Premium membership unlocks additional AI credits, priority features and enhanced analytics. Benefits are described at the point of purchase.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account.

Payments

Each checkout identifies the platform service being purchased. Payments are processed through the payment provider presented at checkout. GOH does not hold customer funds on behalf of third parties.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, whether delivery has started, the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. See our Refund & Billing Policy or contact support@globalopportunitieshub.com.

Acceptable Use

Use GOH AI lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse other users' data or interfere with the platform.

Prohibited Activities

• Posting false, misleading or fraudulent opportunities.
• Soliciting payments from candidates for jobs.
• Harassment, hate speech or impersonation.
• Uploading malware or attempting to bypass security controls.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering or overloading the platform.

Intellectual Property

GOH AI, its logos, design and software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited licence to store and display it to deliver the service.

Copyright

We respond to valid copyright complaints under the DMCA and equivalent laws. Sendsupport@globalopportunitieshub.com.

Account Suspension

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or are subject to a legal request.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms.

Advertising and affiliate links

Advertising services provide promotional placement and do not constitute government approval, employer verification or employment endorsement. Some links may generate affiliate revenue; affiliate relationships do not determine opportunity verification or ranking.

Third-party links and disputes

Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms. Contact GOH through the official support channel to raise a platform-service dispute. These Terms are governed by applicable Kenyan law, without limiting mandatory rights available in your location.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GOH AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs are advisory and never a guarantee of a job, visa, scholarship or other outcome.

Changes to Terms

We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
