Global Opportunities Hub ("GOH AI", "we", "us") helps you discover jobs, scholarships, visas, and travel and business opportunities worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
Information We Collect
- Name — the display name you register with.
- Email address — used to sign in, deliver receipts and security alerts.
- Profile photo — imported automatically when you use Google Sign-In.
- User account information — password (hashed), preferred language, role and settings.
- Saved opportunities — jobs, scholarships and programs you bookmark.
- Applications — the applications you submit through GOH AI.
- Search history — the queries you run so we can improve recommendations.
- Device information — device type, operating system and screen size.
- Browser information — browser type, language and referrer.
- Cookies — small identifiers stored on your device (see our Cookie Policy).
- Analytics — aggregated usage data via Google Analytics 4.
- Microsoft Clarity session recordings — anonymised heatmaps and session replays used to improve UX.
- Security logs — IP address, sign-in events and abuse signals used to protect your account.

We rely on carefully selected processors to run the service:
- Google Authentication — sign-in with your Google account.
- Google Analytics — traffic and product analytics.
- Microsoft Clarity — usability analytics and session replay.
- Supabase — database, authentication and secure storage.
- Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions and one-off purchases.
- Paddle — merchant-of-record payments for eligible regions.
- OpenAI — large language models that power AI features.
- Email delivery providers — transactional and notification email delivery.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure the platform, plus optional analytics and preference cookies. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
Data Retention
Data is stored securely on encrypted infrastructure. We keep account and profile data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep (for example paid invoices for up to 7 years).
User Rights
You can, at any time:
- View your data from your account settings.
- Update your data from your account settings.
- Delete your account and associated personal data.
- Request an exported copy of your data.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2+ and data is encrypted at rest. Access is scoped by row-level security so users can only read their own records. Administrative access is audit-logged, secrets are stored in a managed vault, and we run continuous security scanning against the platform.
