Refund & Billing Policy

How subscriptions, refunds, cancellations and disputes work at Global Opportunities Hub.

Subscriptions

Paid plans (including GOH AI SUCCESS+ at $14.99/month) renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the current period.

Refund eligibility

New monthly subscriptions: full refund within 7 days if unused.
Annual plans: pro-rata refund within 14 days.
One-off purchases (e.g. featured listings): refundable if not yet published.
Google Play purchases follow Google Play Billing rules.

How to request a refund

Email billing@goh.app with your order ID. We reply within two business days.

Disputes

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved within 48 hours without a chargeback.
