We're looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to help us take our apps to the next level.<br></p><h3>About your new role</h3><ul><li><p>At idealo, you are part of a team of highly motivated iOS developers who strive for excellence in product and software development.</p></li><li><p>You work closely with product owners, user experience designers, data analysts, Android engineers and the engineering team responsible for our app-focused GraphQL backend.</p></li><li><p>We work as an agile team where you will be involved in product development from ideation to operating a product at scale.</p></li><li><p>You'll work with modern technologies and practices on a high-quality Swift codebase, allowing us to innovate quickly and efficiently.</p></li><li><p>A refined user interface is important to you, and you work closely with your UX colleagues to make features even better during implementation.</p></li><li><p>You apply pragmatic solutions, find the right trade-offs, and seek to reduce complexity to help your team deliver effectively and scale engineering impact across the organisation.</p></li></ul> <br> <h3 style="text-align:start;"><strong>Skills & Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><p>You have a deep understanding of native iOS development and extensive experience working with Swift, UIKit and SwiftUI.</p></li><li><p>Ideally, you have experience working with GraphQL APIs.</p></li><li><p>You are passionate about writing readable, reliable, maintainable, and testable code.</p></li><li><p>You are an open and communicative team player, curious about solving interesting and sometimes complex problems.</p></li><li><p>You are a self-sufficient and well-organized software engineer, and you can expect the same from the team around you.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><h3 style="text-align:start;"><strong><span style="color:#121317">At idealo you can expect</span></strong></h3><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Looking to grow your skills?</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> We take your personal development goals seriously.
