HR Management Intern / Working Student (m/w/d)

<br><strong>YOUR TASKS</strong><p><ul><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You support our HR team in day-to-day operations across the entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding and contract changes to offboarding.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Together wit the team, you will work on further develop and digitize our HR processes and digital personnel files.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You will help us make our workflows more efficient, transparent, user-friendly, and scalable.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You will support us capture all HR-related data in our digital HR tool and organize it in a structured manner.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You will also take on smaller independent projects (e.g., analyzing employee surveys, organizing training sessions or internal celebrations, and revising retirement plans and benefits).</li></ul></p><br><strong>YOUR PROFIL</strong><p><ul><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You are a student majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Labor Law, or a comparable degree program.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You’re interested in people, operational HR management, employee experience, and digital transformation.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Ideally, you have already gained some initial practical experience in HR, for example through internships, working student roles, or student initiatives.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner and are able to keep track of multiple tasks running in parallel.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You handle sensitive information responsibly and discreetly.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You have good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace and ideally some initial experience with HR tools such as Personio or comparable systems.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You enjoy using AI as a “colleague,” but don’t forget to question the results.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 in both languages)</li></ul></p><br><strong>YOUR BENEFITS</strong><p><ul><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;"><strong>Supportive Team Culture:</strong> Team cohesion is important to us - we support one another and foster a healthy office culture.
