The ScopeThe Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer is responsible for implementing, operating, maintaining, and continuously improving FSC's cloud and on-premises infrastructure services. The role ensures the availability, reliability, security, and performance of infrastructure platforms that support FSC's business operations and digital services. As part of the Operations & Cybersecurity function within the Technology & Information Unit (TIU), the role works closely with Platform & DevOps, Service Management, Technical Product Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure services through proactive operations, automation, and continuous improvement. Main Roles & Responsibilities<ul><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Design, deploy, operate, and continuously improve cloud and on-premises infrastructure services that support FSC's global operations and digital platforms.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Administer and optimize infrastructure technologies, including cloud platforms, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, networking, storage, and enterprise collaboration services.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Manage the infrastructure lifecycle, including provisioning, configuration, patching, upgrades, monitoring, capacity management, and decommissioning.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Support cloud adoption and modernization initiatives through the implementation of secure, scalable, and resilient hybrid infrastructure solutions.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Ensure the availability, performance, reliability, security, and operational stability of infrastructure services.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Deploy, configure, and operate infrastructure using approved automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) patterns, and platform standards established by the Platform & DevOps function.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Maintain backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities to support organizational resilience.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Collaborate with Cybersecurity team to implement security controls, remediate vulnerabilities, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and standards.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Support networking services, including LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, cloud networking, and secure connectivity across distributed environments.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Support the infrastructure requirements of enterprise cloud, data, analytics, AI, and business application platforms.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Leverage approved AI-assisted tools to improve troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Maintain infrastructure documentation, technical standards, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Contribute to infrastructure projects, audits, service improvements, and other duties as assigned in alignment with organizational needs.</li></ul>Ways of Working<ul><li Training<ul><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Relevant professional certifications are desirable, such as Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Red Hat Certified Specialist, Terraform Associate, or equivalent cloud and infrastructure certifications.</li></ul>Working Experience, Style, and Skills<ul><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">3+ years of experience supporting cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments, including Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, networking, and enterprise infrastructure services.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments, infrastructure operations, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven, with a focus on service reliability, operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-assisted tools and modern technologies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Effective team player with the ability to work across Infrastructure, Platform & DevOps, Cybersecurity, and business teams.</li></ul>Computer Skills<ul><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, identity and access management, networking, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Understanding of networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, VPN, network segmentation, routing, and switching.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Familiarity with infrastructure automation, monitoring, and operational tooling.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Familiarity with cloud-native data and AI platforms, including Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI services, from an infrastructure and operational support perspective.</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:14px;">Skilled in implementing and supporting security, compliance, and governance requirements across hybrid environments.</li></ul>Language and
