Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with customers, partners, and Account Managers to deliver business value, conduct demos and POC/Vs, and contribute to the success of bids and tenders. You will provide end-to-end technical and business value guidance before and during the sales cycle ensuring customer requirements are met with tailored, innovative solutions. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will be a key point of contact for clients, offering strategic insight and hands-on support. You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs and organizational goals. What you will have Educational Background: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience as an SE or technical salesperson, or equivalent and applicable experience as a product manager, engineer, tech support agent or administrator of enterprise-grade or IT/IS software</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">General knowledge or background in IT (ideally server administration, server OS configuration, TCP/IP networking hardware, protocols, LAN and WAN technologies &amp; configurations, and network design) and/or IS (ideally PKI, firewall management, IDS &amp;
