AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day.</p><div><br></div><div><strong>Senior Data Analyst</strong><br>We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our client's team in Central London. You'll play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making through advanced A/B testing, statistical analysis, and enterprise-level business intelligence solutions.<br> <br>This is a client-facing position where you'll work embedded within the client's team, requiring strong autonomy, initiative, and the ability to represent CI&T professionally. This is a hybrid role requiring 3-4 days per week on-site at the client's Central London offices (Euston area).<br> <br> <br><strong>Position Overview</strong><br>A/B Testing & Statistical Analysis<br>Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure product and feature performance<br>Apply statistical methods to ensure test validity and generate actionable insights<br>Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders<br>Business Intelligence & Data Modeling<br>Design, build, and optimize semantic data models in Power BI for self-service analytics and enterprise reporting<br>Develop and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets<br>Partner with data engineering teams to define and validate data pipelines in Databricks<br>Ensure seamless integration between data sources and BI models<br>Data Governance & Collaboration<br>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions<br>Implement best practices in data governance, performance optimization, and security<br>Monitor and resolve data quality, integrity, and dashboard performance issues<br>Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on data analytics matters<br> <br><strong>Must Haves</strong><br>Power BI Expertise: 3+ years developing enterprise-level dashboards and semantic data models<br>Statistical Analysis: Strong capability in experimental design, A/B testing methodologies, and statistical inference<br>Technical Skills:<br>Advanced SQL for complex queries and data manipulation<br>Python for data analysis and automation (pandas, numpy, scipy, etc.)<br>Data Engineering Knowledge: Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration tools, and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks)<br>Data Visualization: Proven ability to transform complex data into clear, compelling visual narratives<br>Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills; fluent English (written and verbal)<br>Working Style: Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and ability to work independently in client environments</div> <div> </div> <div>#LI-BM2</div><div> </div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Collaboration is our superpower, diversity unites us, and excellence is our standard. </span></div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">We value diverse identities and life experiences, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and safe work environment.
