You’ll work on global client projects to measure and optimise marketing performance through advanced analytics and statistical modelling.</div> <div> </div> <div>You’ll gain first-hand experience as both a data scientist and strategic consultant, using tools like Python and econometric modelling to guide real-world business decisions.</div> <div> </div> <div>You’ll collaborate on client projects and internal R&D from day one. Over the 6-month internship, you’ll also have the opportunity to complete a research project that aligns with your interests and contributes to our broader business goals.</div> <div> </div> <div><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Job Responsibilities</span></div> <div><strong>1. Data Analytics & Modelling</strong></div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Analyse large data sets using statistical techniques to uncover key insights</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Support the team in building marketing mix models (MMM), testing frameworks, forecasting tools, and customer segmentation</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Use Python to process and clean data, write scripts and build ML or econometric models</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Opportunity to work with tools like Power BI, Databricks, Git, Jira, Pandas, PySpark, VS Code</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>2. Consulting & Strategy</strong></div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Gain experience translating complex data outputs into recommendations for clients</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Attend internal and client meetings to understand real business challenges</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Collaborate across teams to build deliverables, present findings and influence decisions</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>3. Eki Life & Learning</strong></div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Undertake an individual R&D project based on your interests and present your findings to the Eki leadership team</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Attend team events, internal training, knowledge sharing and social activities</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Contribute to a fun, curious, and collaborative team culture</div> <div> </div> <div><span style="font-size: 14pt;">About You</span></div> <div><strong>Must Have </strong></div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Studying a quantitative degree (e.g. Economics, Maths, Engineering, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, etc.)</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Strong interest in analytics, modelling, marketing strategy and customer analytics</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Proficient in Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, TEXT, IF, SUMIFS, pivot tables) for data cleaning, validation, and structuring (this will be needed for the interview process) </div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Some experience in Python, R or similar (academic, project or self-taught)</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Solid foundation in statistics, econometrics and data manipulation</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Consulting & Soft Skills:</strong></div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Curious, detail-oriented and comfortable working with ambiguity</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Excellent communication – both written and verbal</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Highly collaborative, self-motivated and organised</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>A strong interest in working at the intersection of data and business</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Available to work 5 days a week full-time</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Full right to work in the UK for the duration of the placement.
