For more information, please visit <a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="http://chaos.com">chaos.com</a>.</p><p style=";"></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p style=";"></p><p>The <strong>Working Student</strong> supports the GTM Strategy &amp; Transformation function, working directly with the Senior Director on high-impact strategic and operational priorities. The role contributes to market research, competitive analysis, process improvement, and growth initiatives that directly support the revenue organisation's go-to-market execution. This is a hands-on, project-based role suited to a student with strong analytical foundations, an interest in commercial strategy, and the initiative to take ownership of outcomes rather than just tasks.</p><p style=";"></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=";"></p><ul><li><p>Support the end-to-end delivery of high-priority GTM initiatives: tracking milestones, managing stakeholder inputs, and ensuring projects deliver measurable outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in go-to-market processes, proposing and helping implement frameworks that improve scalability across the organisation.</p></li><li><p>Translate data and analysis into structured, concise storylines and presentations for senior stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking, synthesising findings into clear briefings and recommendations that support executive-level decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the Senior Director, GTM Strategy &amp; Transformation and cross-functional teams to support evolving strategic priorities as they arise.</p></li></ul><br /><br /><p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p><p style=";"></p><ul><li><p>Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup, venture-backed company, or management consultancy, is a strong advantage.</p></li></ul><p style=";"></p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><p style=";"></p><ul><li><p>Analytical and structured: goes beyond surface-level data, questions assumptions, and draws independent, well-reasoned conclusions.</p></li><li><p>Takes initiative and ownership: identifies problems, proposes solutions, and follows through to implementation without waiting to be directed.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where projects don't have an established playbook.</p></li><li><p>Able to structure complex ideas in writing and produce concise, high-quality output for senior audiences.</p></li><li><p>Collaborative and adaptable: works effectively across functions and adjusts quickly to shifting priorities.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English.</p></li></ul><p style=";"></p><p><strong>Please note:</strong> This is a working student position, limited to a maximum of <strong>20 hours per week during the semester</strong>.
