YOUR TASKSAs a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) in the Tech Advisory area, you will take on a key role in complex transformation projects. You will support our clients in the digital and organizational evolution of their business models and processes - from strategy development through to operational implementation. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and change management, applying agile methodologies in a targeted and effective way. In transformation projects, you will play a central role by bringing structure, clarity, and strong execution capabilities. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks:<ul style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;text-decoration:none;"><li style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Supporting transformation initiatives: Assisting clients in the structured development and optimization of organizations, processes, and ways of working</li><li style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Interface management between business and IT: Gathering, structuring, and aligning business requirements while ensuring a shared understanding of project objectives</li><li style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">(Partial) project management: Independently planning, coordinating, and delivering projects with a strong focus on sustainable results</li><li style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Applying agile methodologies: Using agile ways of working and taking on relevant roles (e.g. Scrum Master or Product Owner) within projects</li><li style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Change management: Designing and supporting transformation processes, including stakeholder management and implementation support</li><li style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Process analysis and optimization: Identifying improvement opportunities and developing as well as implementing efficient, digitally enabled processes</li><li style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Management-level communication and reporting: Conducting structured analyses and preparing content tailored to decision-makers and steering committees</li></ul> YOUR PROFILWe are looking for people with drive, a strong sense of responsibility, and a clear affinity for technology and transformation. What you should bring to the role:<ul style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;text-decoration:none;"><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Several years of professional experience (at least 3–5 years) in management consulting or in transformation/digitalization projects</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Certification in agile project management, ideally as a Scrum Master or Product Owner, as well as hands-on experience applying agile methodologies</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Strong technological understanding: Ability to translate modern technologies (Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity) into scalable IT architectures and digital platforms</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Project management expertise: Experience managing (sub-)projects, including planning, steering, and stakeholder communication</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Experience in transformation and change management: Ability to support organizational change in a structured way and ensure sustainable implementation</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel), along with strong presentation and communication abilities</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">High level of initiative, strong teamwork skills, and a customer-oriented mindset</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You have very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)</li></ul> YOUR BENEFITS<ul><li style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Supportive Team Culture: Team cohesion is important to us - we support one another and foster a healthy office culture.
