We commit to responsibility and frugality in AI, systematic AI impact at scale, and loyalty to our values and DNA.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Your responsibilities </strong></div> <div>As a manager specialising in MMM & Marketing Effectiveness, you will lead high-impact MMM programmes for international clients across industries such as Auto, Beauty, Retail, and Financial Services. You will manage multiple teams and accounts, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and ensure actionable insights are delivered to clients while driving business growth and talent development.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Lead Projects </strong></div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Oversee end-to-end MMM and marketing effectiveness programmes, from scoping and data strategy through to modelling, insights, and activation.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Ensure robust project governance, including data quality, model validity, and actionable recommendations that drive client impact and business growth.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Translate complex analytical outputs into strategic narratives and clear actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders and C-suite clients.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Define, steer, and monitor project roadmaps using Ekimetrics’ methodologies and standards, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives, profitability targets, and timelines.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Provide strategic oversight to clients, helping optimise marketing spend, enhance campaign performance, and improve customer segmentation and ROI.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Support partners and senior managers in client engagement, delivering strategic insights, shaping proposals, and contributing to RFPs/pitches</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Continuously identify and implement innovative approaches to solve client business challenges.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>People & Project Leadership</strong></div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Line manage multiple team members, overseeing performance, conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and talent assessments, while ensuring high-quality delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Lead talent development initiatives, including annual talent reviews and career development planning,</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Mentor project teams, guiding analytical workstreams, ensuring quality, and promoting knowledge sharing to develop team capabilities.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Contribute to project staffing strategy, balancing business priorities, expertise requirements, and team development opportunities</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Recruit, align, and develop resources to build high-performing teams, retaining top talent.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Encourage collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing within squads, inspiring team engagement and continuous improvement.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Account & Business Growth</strong></div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Serve as the operational and strategic point of contact for key accounts, maintaining strong long-term client relationships.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and support global account growth strategies.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Contribute to the scoping and design of new projects, ensuring business cases align with Ekimetrics capabilities.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Provide strategic guidance to clients using data-driven insights, helping them understand target audiences, optimise marketing spend, and measure campaign impact.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Practice & Thought Leadership</strong></div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Enhance MMM methodologies, automation, tooling, and internal assets to scale delivery <strong>excellence</strong>.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Contribute to thought leadership, knowledge management, and innovation initiatives.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Act as an ambassador of Eki culture, role-modelling Ekimetrics’ core <strong>values: Curiosity, Creativity, Excellence, Transmission, Pleasure.</strong></div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Your profile</strong></div> <div><strong>Experience & Technical Skills</strong></div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Experience in econometrics, MMM, or marketing effectiveness.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or related field.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Proficient in Python, R, SQL, Excel, and visualisation tools;
