Not only have we created this holographic technology, that sits within The Atom — a smart, site-safe headset/hardhat — but we implement it on projects, utilising the power of AR to ensure that all schemes are completed in line with delivery timescales and budgets.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">XYZ has grown to over 100 staff across the UK, US & Europe and is working with Mission Critical organisations & construction companies to successfully deliver major projects.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">THE ROLE</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">──────────────────────────────</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role sits within the Production team at our NPI facility in Reading, Berkshire, reporting to the Logistics and Warehousing Manager.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As Logistics and Warehousing Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end logistics, shipping and warehousing operations that get XYZ's Atom devices to customers around the world — securely, compliantly and on time. You'll manage day-to-day shipping activities, inventory tracking, returns and repairs, and warehouse operations, while supporting the systems and processes that will scale with our growing customer base.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a hands-on role for someone who is just as comfortable on the warehouse floor as at a desk.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">──────────────────────────────</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Support the coordination of global shipping logistics — liaising with carriers, preparing export and import documentation, processing customer shipments via Freshdesk, and ensuring compliance with dangerous goods and customs regulations.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Use XYZ's internal asset and inventory management systems to log, track and update stock and logistics records accurately; monitor inventory levels and support parts and finished-goods handover with Production.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Support the processing of returns and repairs, liaising with Technical Support and Quality teams to keep cases moving and ensure efficient handling of faulty or returned units.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Carry out goods-in inspections, picking and packing, and non-electrical sub-assembly work to SOP standards — maintaining the warehouse in an organised, safe and audit-ready condition.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Train to run goods-in, picking and despatch independently, and maintain process records and work instructions to a standard that allows a second person to run the process unsupervised.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Identify and support opportunities for continuous improvement within logistics, warehousing and facilities operations; assist with cost and efficiency tracking.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">──────────────────────────────</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems and shipping/customs documentation and processes.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Comfortable with physical warehouse tasks including picking, packing and moving stock.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Competent IT skills including Excel and email.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">KEY EXPERIENCE & SKILLS</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">──────────────────────────────</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in continuous improvement.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Good organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Willingness to train towards running goods-in, picking and despatch processes independently.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Experience with dangerous goods compliance or international shipping regulations — desirable.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Comfortable working in a fast-moving production and logistics environment where no two days are the same.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• A team player who can work effectively alongside production, quality and technical support teams.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">BENEFITS</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">──────────────────────────────</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• 🏝️ 25 days annual leave + public holidays</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• 🩺 Private healthcare with Vitality</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• 🎄 Christmas shutdown days on top of leave allowance (2–4 per year usually)</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• 🪙 Biannual salary reviews</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• 🥳 Summer & Christmas staff parties</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• 💰 Employee referral scheme</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• 🚲 Cycle to Work scheme</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• 🚀 Make a real-world impact of revolutionising the construction industry</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
