<p><strong>Join BIA as Founders Associate (m/f/d)</strong></p><p>Some of the most compelling questions in business today — how organizations transform, how leaders grow, how AI reshapes the way people work — are the ones we tackle every day.</p><p>We’re BIA, a Berlin-based boutique group. A lean team of 10 working with fast-paced clients across Europe: GetYourGuide, LiveEO, Novo Nordisk, Roland Berger, the City of Berlin, and a growing ecosystem of scale-ups, multinationals and institutions.</p><p>We operate across three business units:</p><ul><li><p>BIA – AI and change programs for large organizations</p></li><li><p>HelloCircle – Leadership development for scale-ups and multinationals</p></li><li><p>Startup Hub – Publicly-funded startup programs</p></li></ul><p>Independent and deliberately self-funded, built on product quality and client relationships.</p><p>We’re looking for a sharp, curious Founders Associate to work side by side with our founder and help shape how our company runs.</p><p></p><p><strong>Tasks</strong></p><p>This is a high-variety role at the center of the company. You report directly to the founder, work with the entire team, and split your time across three areas:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Run strategic projects:</strong> drive product and market strategy work, from research and analysis to clear recommendations and implementation</p></li><li><p><strong>Day-to-day support:</strong> take on whatever comes up, from preparing a key meeting to solving a problem nobody owns yet</p></li><li><p><strong>Develop our AI backbone:</strong> collaborate with the team on our shared Claude setup — Projects, skills, connectors, and no-code automations — that becomes the second brain and AI engine for how we work, aligning our teams around shared processes and data flows</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>You’re a sharp, structured generalist who loves turning complexity into clarity.</p><ul><li><p>1–3 years of experience in consulting, at a startup or scale-up, or in a similar role</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and structured thinking: you can take an open question and turn it into a clear answer</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude in your work; familiarity with no-code tools such as Make, n8n, Airtable, or Notion is a plus</p></li><li><p>Interest in how processes connect and how work gets done, and the drive to make it better</p></li><li><p>Fast, reliable, and comfortable switching between strategic work and day-to-day topics</p></li><li><p>Excellent, fully fluent English; German is a plus</p></li><li><p>Genuine curiosity about AI, innovation, and the future of work</p></li><li><p>You bring enthusiasm and energy to your work and are genuinely enjoyable to work with</p></li></ul><p>We value curiosity, ownership, and the ambition to build something that lasts.
