Investments include Aris Machina, Staer, INERATEC, Gigaton and Makersite.</p><ul><li><p>Employment: Full-time internship (40 hours/week)</p></li><li><p>Duration: 6 months</p></li><li><p>Location: Remote within the EU (Preference to Berlin, London, Munich, Zurich and Stockholm)</p></li><li><p>Start Date: As soon as possible</p></li></ul><h2>Tasks</h2><p>You’ll work directly with one of our Partners on the most important thing a VC does: finding exceptional founders before everyone else does. This is a hands-on sourcing seat, not a back-office position.</p><ul><li><p>Find exceptional founders early. Identify promising founders, spinouts and research teams through LinkedIn, GitHub, scientific papers, patents, university labs and relevant communities.</p></li><li><p>Build a sourcing engine. Develop and run your own sourcing playbooks, using AI and automation to identify promising opportunities at a scale that manual research cannot match.</p></li><li><p>Screen inbound deal flow. Quickly assess incoming opportunities and flag the most promising cases to the investment team.</p></li><li><p>Maintain our CRM. Keep our CRM accurate and up to date, ensuring leads, interactions and relationships are properly tracked.</p></li><li><p>Build tools, not just workflows. Work with our Data / Engineering team to turn successful sourcing approaches into repeatable tools and systems.</p></li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li><p>Highly analytical. You form clear views from data, evidence and first principles.</p></li><li><p>AI-native. You actively use AI tools and agents, experiment with new approaches and constantly look for ways to automate work.</p></li><li><p>A builder's mindset. You take ownership, work independently and focus on outcomes rather than waiting for instructions.</p></li><li><p>Ambitious and persistent. You pursue promising leads, follow up and keep going when the first attempt doesn't work.</p></li><li><p>Technically minded. A background in engineering, computer science or the natural sciences is a strong plus.</p></li><li><p>A strong communicator. You write clearly, communicate confidently and are fluent in English.
