In this role you will be instrumental in building dashboards, deep-dive analysis, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders. Key qualifications include strong SQL and Tableau skills, along with experience in analyzing large datasets.</p> <p><strong>Excited to make an impact? Here are the details</strong></p> </div><br><strong>What you'll do</strong><br><div> <li> <p>Lead and set the standard: Act as the technical owner for the analytics team, establishing and enforcing robust standards for data warehousing architecture, data modelling, and data cleanliness to ensure a single, pristine source of truth</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and Scale the Team: Play a pivotal role in talent acquisition as the company expands providing key inputs on required capabilities and target personnel</p> </li> <li> <p>Define strategic metrics: Be instrumental in identifying and choosing the correct KPIs and metrics for dashboards and analysis, ensuring complex data structures are easily translatable into clear, actionable business insights</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with senior stakeholders:<strong> </strong>Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business </p> </li> </div><br><strong>What we’re looking for</strong><br><div> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <li> <p>Proven track record (4+ years) in data science/data analytics, including building of live dashboards </p> </li> <li> <p>Experience leading a team of data scientists</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and the Databricks environment </p> </li> <li> <p>Comfortable working in a growing / scale-up business environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong attention to detail, with a problem-solving attitude</p> </li> </div><div> <div><strong style="font-size: 18px;">Why you’ll love it here:</strong></div> <div> </div> <div><span style="font-size: 16px;">We want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
