SAP PLM Consultant

<h2>SAP PLM Consultant needed!</h2><p><strong>Location:</strong> Stuttgart</p><p><strong>Working model:</strong> Hybrid, with approximately 3 days per week on-site</p><p><strong>Employment:</strong> Permanent, full-time</p><p>We are currently supporting an established international organisation in finding an experienced SAP professional to join its internal IT team.</p><h3>Your Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design, optimise and further develop SAP PLM processes, with a particular focus on material master data and engineering change management</li><li>Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions</li><li>Analyse existing processes and data flows and identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications</li><li>Collaborate with teams across Production, Engineering, R&D and IT</li><li>Support the implementation of projects and new solutions, including testing and user acceptance</li><li>Contribute your SAP expertise to wider S/4HANA transformation activities</li><li>Work with internal teams and external IT partners to deliver effective solutions</li><li>Act as a knowledgeable business partner for stakeholders across different areas of the organisation</li></ul><h3>Your Profile</h3><ul><li>5+ years of professional experience in SAP PLM, particularly in the design and optimisation of PLM processes</li><li>Strong knowledge of material master data and engineering change management</li><li>Good knowledge of SAP MM</li><li>Knowledge of SAP QM and/or SD is an advantage</li><li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA is desirable</li><li>ABAP development experience is a plus, but not essential</li><li>Knowledge of SAP DMS and Workflow would be beneficial</li><li>Strong understanding of both business processes and SAP solutions</li><li>Experience working with multiple stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Strong communication and consulting skills</li><li>Fluent German (C1+) and business-fluent English</li><li>A structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach</li><li>Comfortable taking ownership of projects and working collaboratively with different teams</li></ul><h3>What is Offered</h3><ul><li>Permanent position within an established international organisation</li><li>Hybrid working model with regular on-site collaboration</li><li>Flexible working arrangements</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and further training</li><li>Attractive employee benefits</li><li>Supportive and collaborative working environment</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to major SAP transformation and digitalisation initiatives</li></ul><p>Interested?
