<p style="min-height:1.5em">🚀 Senior Talent Partner – Non Tech</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">📍 Hybrid - London</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">📄 Fixed Term Contract – 12 months</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re hiring a Senior Talent Partner to support a high-growth global consumer technology business as they scale their team.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are partnering with them to deliver top-tier talent for their core Merchandising and Product functions—covering areas such as Buying, Planning, Category Management, Product Development, and Allocation—across a fast-paced, digitally native environment.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role sits within our delivery team but works embedded with the client, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape the next layer of leadership in the organisation.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your work will be visible, commercially important, and central to how the company scales.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">What You’ll Do</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the end-to-end hiring process across Merchandising and Product, from initial brief and talent mapping through to offer and close.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity, helping managers make better decisions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source top talent through creative and strategic methods</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive continuous improvement in how we hire</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">What You Bring</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong experience in in-house or RPO talent acquisition, focussed on Merchandising and Product hiring within fashion, luxury, or e-commerce environments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record of hiring across multiple verticals including Sales, Marketing, Finance and People</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent search and talent mapping capability, with the ability to build targeted pipelines</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong stakeholder management skills</p></li></ul><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk">Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
