<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a rare opportunity to own brand design end-to-end at a fast-growing, <strong>seed-stage enterprise AI platform</strong> based in Berlin. You'll shape how people experience the company across every touchpoint — from the website and design system to merchandise, office spaces, and event activations. You'll work with significant creative latitude on a small, high-trust team where your decisions have immediate, visible impact.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The company builds a secure, model-agnostic AI platform that helps enterprises roll out AI adoption at scale. The team is backed by well-regarded investors and is trusted by organisations across Europe. This is an on-site role in Berlin.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own and evolve the design system</strong> — maintain components, tokens, and visual patterns for reuse across the brand.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Ship website updates directly</strong> — maintain visual and frontend quality without a ticket queue or developer handoff.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Design and produce merchandise</strong> — brief suppliers, iterate on samples, and make quality and materials decisions so every piece represents the brand with intention.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Shape physical spaces</strong> — design the office environment, conference booths, and event setups to craft coherent, on-brand experiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lead creative projects end-to-end</strong> — from launch moments to one-off campaigns and collaborations, from brief to delivery.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Move fluidly between tools and formats</strong> — Figma, vendor briefs, physical environments, and production code as needed.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Use AI tools to accelerate your workflow</strong> — identify where automation adds speed without compromising judgment or quality.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act with creative ownership and iterate quickly, seeing the real-world impact of your work on a short feedback loop.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Must-haves:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years in brand design with a track record of delivering end-to-end brand experiences — design systems, merchandise, and physical spaces.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong Figma skills and comfort working in code to ship production-ready designs without developer handoff.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated experience owning a design system: components, tokens, and scalable visual patterns.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to lead high-visibility creative projects from concept through delivery.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience designing physical artefacts — merch, event setups, spatial design for offices or exhibitions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable operating in ambiguity — able to write your own brief when none exists.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Practical, thoughtful use of AI tools in a design workflow.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborative, kind, and able to defend creative decisions with clarity and taste.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with color token creation or accessibility considerations within design systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Motion design or animation skills to enhance brand storytelling.</p></li></ul><h3>Location & Work Arrangement</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is <strong>on-site in Berlin, Germany</strong>.
