development across Europe.This is one of the most critical executive roles in the company, combining full ownership of the performance, scalability and continuous improvement of Rohlik’s end-to-end operations across all markets with a highly visible, hands-on mandate that requires moving confidently between group strategy and detailed operational performance.<div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2>What you will own and deliver</h2>You will take full ownership of Rohlik’s group-wide operations strategy and execution, ensuring that our operating model delivers consistent performance today while remaining ready for future growth.Your scope will include:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Leading end-to-end operations across all markets</li><li>Aligning and leading local COOs to deliver consistently high standards</li><li>Driving performance across fulfillment centres, supply chain, warehousing, last-mile delivery and customer operations</li><li>Owning group-wide operational P&L performance and driving year-on-year improvements in productivity, efficiency and cost</li><li>Establishing clear group-wide standards across safety, quality, reliability, customer satisfaction and operational performance</li><li>Ensuring consistent execution and aligned KPIs across all markets</li><li>Building scalable operations that support growth without compromising customer experience</li><li>Ensuring new markets, fulfillment centres and operational capabilities launch on time and are ready to scale</li><li>Partnering with the CEO Retail and the Executive Leadership Team on company strategy, growth and expansion</li><li>Providing operational input into financial planning, budgeting and investment decisions</li><li>Leading major transformation, automation and continuous-improvement initiatives</li><li>Strengthening business continuity, risk management and regulatory compliance</li><li>Building a culture of accountability, innovation, ownership and customer obsession</li><li>Developing and inspiring senior operational leaders across countries and functions</li><li>Strengthening leadership capability and employee engagement across operational teams</li></ul>Success in this role will be visible through stronger operational P&L performance, consistent execution across markets, measurable improvements in productivity and cost, high levels of safety and customer satisfaction, and an operating model that can scale with Rohlik’s continued growth.<div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2>What we are looking for</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>A proven track record as a COO, SVP Operations, EVP Operations or an equivalent senior operational leader</li><li>Significant experience leading complex, multi-country operations</li><li>Deep expertise across supply chain, fulfillment, warehousing, last-mile logistics and customer operations</li><li>Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen</li><li>Experience building and scaling operations in a high-growth environment</li><li>The ability to combine strategic thinking with disciplined, hands-on execution</li><li>A strong track record of improving operational performance, productivity and profitability</li><li>Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to align senior teams across countries and functions</li><li>Confidence working directly with founders, CEOs, boards and executive leadership teams</li><li>The ability to create clarity, accountability and pace in a complex organization</li><li>Regular travel to Rohlik’s headquarters in Prague will be required</li><li>Fluent English; additional European languages are an
