Our approach combines deep industry expertise with AI-native technology.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Backed by $40m in equity and debt from top-tier investors, we’re building and scaling a new kind of accounting and tax group in Germany.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Our founders bring significant experience in M&A, operations and AI-native technology. They previously built and scaled the unicorns Razor Group and Augustus.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>The Role</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a Founders’ Associate Growth & Operations, you report directly to the founders and work from our Berlin HQ.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You own the projects that turn acquired firms into a scalable group. You analyze a problem, develop a recommendation and drive it through execution inside our firms.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The scope is intentionally broad and will evolve with the priorities of the company.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Work On</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Integration of acquired firms</strong>. Lead workstreams that bring newly acquired firms into the group and set them up for stable operations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Operating playbook</strong>. Build and refine the processes and standards we use to integrate firms and run the group at scale.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Platform rollout.</strong> Work with our product and engineering team to roll out our agentic platform in the firms and track adoption and impact.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Performance and KPIs.</strong> Set up reporting across the group and use it to identify where we need to act.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Growth</strong>. Develop and test initiatives to grow our firms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Strategy</strong>. Own high-priority strategic questions and turn complex or incomplete information into clear recommendations and actions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Founder-led projects</strong>. Take ownership of high-priority topics that cut across teams or don’t have a natural owner yet, and drive them to an outcome.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Initial experience in top-tier strategy consulting.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical and structured thinking. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High ownership. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You enjoy working on the ground with people in our firms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable in a high-intensity environment with changing priorities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in building and scaling a company.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in a high-growth startup or a VC fund is a plus.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Professional German is mandatory.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Available to start ASAP.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Why Limetax</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Direct founder exposure.
