We commit to responsibility and frugality in AI, systematic AI impact at scale, and loyalty to our values and DNA.</div> <div> </div> <div>Your responsibilities </div> <div>As a <strong>Senior Analyst specialising in Data Science & Marketing Effectiveness</strong>, you will lead the delivery of high-impact MMM programmes for international clients across industries such as Auto, Beauty, Retail, and Financial Services. You will manage small teams, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and ensure actionable insights are delivered to clients.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Lead Projects </strong></div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Lead end-to-end MMM and marketing effectiveness programs for international clients, from data strategy and collection to modelling, insights, and activation.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Apply econometrics, regression, Bayesian statistics, and machine learning methods to analyse marketing and customer data</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Collaborate closely with Managers to understand the project scope, structure, analytical approaches, manage operations and ensure timely delivery.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Build dashboards and visualisation tools to communicate actionable insights using proprietary Ekimetrics frameworks and best practices.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Translate complex analytics into clear, business-oriented recommendations for senior stakeholders and C-suite clients.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Support clients in optimising marketing spend, understanding campaign performance, improving customer segmentation, and maximising ROI.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Client & Account Management</strong></div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for clients, building trustful relationships and proactively identifying growth opportunities.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Present findings, recommendations, and actionable insights in client-facing workshops and executive presentations.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Collaborate closely with managers and partners to develop proposals for new or expanded work, aligned with Ekimetrics’ commercial offerings.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>People & Project <div><strong>Experience & Technical Skills</strong></div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Strong 3–4 years’ experience in marketing effectiveness/MMM and analytics/data science</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or related field.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar tools.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Experience with Databricks, Azure, or other cloud/data platforms is a plus.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Solid understanding of econometrics, regression analysis, Bayesian statistics, or other advanced modelling techniques.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;"> </span>Experience translating data and model outputs into actionable business recommendations.</div> <div>·<span style="font-size: 7pt;">
