This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Product Operations while contributing to a mobile product used by a global community.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you will be doing&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;User Support &amp;amp; Issue Management:&lt;/strong&gt; Review and manage incoming support tickets from the Appinio app help center. Understand, categorize, and prioritize user-reported issues, validate them by reproducing bugs, and check whether they are genuine, urgent, or already known. Escalate to Product Managers when needed.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;App Quality Monitoring:&lt;/strong&gt; Perform daily quality checks of the mobile app to ensure key user flows are working properly.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Community Operations:&lt;/strong&gt; Perform manual checks related to community operations, including user bans and related review tasks, based on internal guidelines.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Insights &amp;amp; Prioritization Input:&lt;/strong&gt; Identify patterns in support requests and monitor recurring user pain points. Highlight them to Product Managers so they feed into product prioritization.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Documentation &amp;amp; Collaboration:&lt;/strong&gt; Document findings clearly and maintain internal tracking of bugs, incidents, and quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as&amp;nbsp;Development and Quality Assurance.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You will thrive in this role if&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;You are currently enrolled at a university and have &lt;strong&gt;at least 1 year of studies remaining.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;You have a strong interest in mobile apps, product management, product operations, and user experience, along with a good understanding of mobile applications and common user issues.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work through tasks in a structured way. You are comfortable handling operational tasks, recurring processes, and repetitive work while maintaining a high level of accuracy.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;You have strong communication skills and can clearly describe issues and observations.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;You are proactive, reliable, and have a high sense of ownership.
