SCXW194569220 BCX4"><li>Angular Ownership: Take ownership of the Angular codebase, driving its ongoing development, maintenance and technical direction. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW194569220 BCX4"><li>Frontend Architecture & Standards: Lead frontend architectural decisions and establish scalable patterns, reusable components and consistent development practices. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW194569220 BCX4"><li>Design Systems & Component Libraries: Develop and maintain shared UI components and design systems to improve consistency, accessibility and development efficiency across the platform. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW194569220 BCX4"><li>Testing & Code Quality: Implement automated tests, including unit, integration and end-to-end testing, to ensure application reliability and maintainability. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW194569220 BCX4"><li>Performance & Maintenance: Investigate and resolve bugs, optimise frontend performance and continuously improve existing functionality. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW194569220 BCX4"><li>Product Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner and engineering team to translate product requirements and domain logic into clear technical solutions. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW194569220 BCX4"><li>Cross-Functional Delivery: Contribute to product development across different areas of the business, collaborating with backend and frontend engineers to deliver agreed roadmap priorities. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW194569220 BCX4"><li>Technical Problem-Solving: Navigate an evolving codebase, investigate existing implementations and work independently to solve complex technical and hands-on expertise in Angular, preferably version 17 or later. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW208847134 BCX4"><li>Angular Expertise: Comfortable working with the Angular Signals API, RxJS and observable patterns, and modern Angular development practices. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW208847134 BCX4"><li>Frontend Architecture: Experience making frontend architectural decisions, establishing coding standards and maintaining scalable, maintainable applications. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW208847134 BCX4"><li>Component Libraries & Design Systems: Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries, including applying smart/dumb component patterns. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW208847134 BCX4"><li>Reusable & Accessible Components: Experience building accessible, reusable UI components using Angular Material or equivalent component libraries. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW208847134 BCX4"><li>Automated Testing: Experience writing and maintaining unit, integration and end-to-end tests, including hands-on experience with Playwright. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW208847134 BCX4"><li>Product Engineering: Ability to translate product requirements and domain logic into effective user experiences and reliable functionality. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW208847134 BCX4"><li>Independent Delivery: Self-directed and delivery-focused, able to manage workload independently and take ownership of features from implementation through to release. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW208847134 BCX4"><li>Problem-Solving & Quality: Strong debugging skills, attention to detail and the ability to resolve bugs, improve performance and maintain code quality. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW208847134 BCX4"><li>Communication & Collaboration: Clear communicator who works effectively Skills & Experience <ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW208847134 BCX4"><li>Java & Spring: Experience with Java and Spring, particularly when working across frontend and backend boundaries, is a significant advantage. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW208847134 BCX4"><li>Enterprise SaaS: Experience building B2B enterprise applications, including complex forms, data grids, role-based access and multi-tenant environments. </li></ul><ul class="BulletListStyle1 SCXW208847134 BCX4"><li>AI-Assisted Development: Interest in and experience using AI-assisted development tools and
