You&#39;ll play a key role in aligning business objectives, technical requirements, and project execution to ensure successful customer outcomes.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;As one of our Technical Project Managers, you will:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Lead the implementation of Coveo&#39;s platform by defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, driving alignment, decision-making, and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Coordinate customer stakeholders, internal experts, and project resources while managing expectations throughout the engagement.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively tracking budgets, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Manage project changes, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and risks.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Communicate project progress regularly to customers and internal stakeholders through status reports, governance meetings, and executive updates.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Identify, assess, document, mitigate, and escalate risks when required to ensure successful project delivery.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Partner closely with architects, developers, and technical customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories and implementation decisions that maximize customer value.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Here is what will qualify you for the role:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;At least 7 years of experience gathering requirements, producing technical documentation, and coordinating quality assurance activities.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale information technology implementation projects.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong understanding of the technical challenges associated with implementing cloud-based software solutions and web applications.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills in complex customer-facing environments.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What will make you stand out:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or equivalent.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience with web development or software engineering.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Knowledge of enterprise search, indexing technologies, Salesforce ecosystems, or professional services automation tools such as Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) or Mavenlink.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or customer implementation environment.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;This role requires strong English communication skills, as you will work primarily with English-speaking customers and stakeholders across North America and global markets.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Do you think you can bring this role to life?
