<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Location:</strong> Remote-first; office location: Moorgate, London (flexible remote working locations within UK/Europe)<br /><strong>Employment type:</strong> Permanent<br /><strong>Working Hours:</strong> Full-time (UK 9–6)<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> dependent on experience up to £100,000 + Shares + Benefits<br /><br />As we build more tools used directly by traders, we are looking for a Business Analyst with strong front-office fixed income e-trading experience to help shape what we build and how we build it.<br /></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We provide a low-latency, high-throughput distributed messaging system for e-trading fixed income markets. We are, foremost, a technology service provider and support for part of our customers’ trading infrastructure. Our core products involve API connectivity and GUIs for electronic trading.<br /><br /><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Leverage your front-office fixed income e-trading experience to help shape trader-facing tools and features.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work with Product and Engineering to turn trading workflows and business problems into clear requirements and deliverable software.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Explore workflows including RFQ, pricing, price contribution, venue connectivity, auto-negotiation, hedging, and execution.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify edge cases, challenge assumptions, and help the team make practical product decisions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Follow features from discovery through development and validation to make sure they solve the intended problem.<br /></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>To thrive in this role, you need to:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have substantial experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a bank, working closely and regularly with one or more trading desks market-making fixed income products electronically.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have experience gathering traders' requirements, working with designers and developers to build UI and API solutions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Know at least one relevant product area in depth, such as Bonds (rates and/or credit) and Interest Rate Swaps.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Understand electronic trading workflows, including RFQ, D2C and D2D trading, pricing, venues, and venue connectivity.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be familiar with trading tools and workflows such as auto-negotiation, hedging, and price contribution.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be comfortable working with developers and able to reason through basic logic, algorithms, and pseudocode.
