So when our writing shows up in the world, our words need to be on point!</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Write and edit compelling copy across platforms and channels (email, landing pages, product launches)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain and evolve Fyxer's tone of voice across platforms, ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, optimizing for engagement, clarity and impact</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with designers to bring ideas to life and drive acquisition, retention and engagement of high quality customers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Optimise copy using insights from user behaviour, engagement data, and A/B tests.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to inform messaging</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bring fresh, diverse perspectives to a high-performing team to further drive innovation and raise the bar</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3-5+ years of experience writing high-converting marketing copy (eg. emails, landing pages)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent editorial judgment and mastery of tone, clarity, and CTAs. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Digital-first mindset with a clear understanding of multi-platform storytelling and performance metrics</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on with creative tools and comfortable using AI to enhance ideation, testing, and optimisation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with localisation and scaling messages globally.
