We're growing fast and hiring innovative problem solvers to build the future of shopping.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1>Your Mission 🫵</h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">The <strong>Category Manager</strong> will lead a category on the Tilt platform, owning the most<strong> important relationships</strong> with sellers and being the <strong>go-to expert for your category</strong> within the business. Your key goal will be to identify and execute on how to grow your category on the Tilt platform. We expect this role to be a combination in terms of time spent in-office and at partner sites/offices.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1>What You'll Do 👷</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Be the internal and external leader </strong>for growing a new fashion category on Tilt</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build and own relationships </strong>with sellers and top strategic partners to support their ongoing growth</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Use data analytics skills (SQL) </strong>to derive insights from projects and enhance process efficiency</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Monitor KPIs </strong>to assess category growth, success, and areas for improvement, driving continuous iteration</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lead marketing initiatives </strong>such as influencer partnerships/campaigns, to boost brand awareness and attract more buyers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Work cross-functionally </strong>with our Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales teams to scale the business</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Solve problems quickly</strong>, ensuring seller satisfaction and retention.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1>Requirements 📋</h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">You must be an ambitious, curious, relentless and no ego problem-solver excited to build the future of shopping.
