<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>TA Operations Manager | Global Transformation Project | 6-Month Contract</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Rec Hub is partnering with a global, high-growth organisation that is going through a significant period of transformation following a recent acquisition.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re looking for an experienced <strong>TA Operations Manager / Programme Lead</strong> to join them on an initial six-month project and help bring two talent environments together.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This isn’t a hands-on recruitment role.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The immediate priority is leading the transition from <strong>Greenhouse into Ashby</strong>, but the scope goes much wider than simply implementing an ATS. You’ll be working across TA operations, process design, change and adoption, employer brand and global stakeholder alignment.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll be working on:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Leading a Greenhouse-to-Ashby migration</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Mapping current TA processes and designing the future-state operating model</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working across global stakeholders in the US, Europe and APAC</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Driving adoption, training and best practice around new systems and processes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Supporting the integration of two TA functions following an acquisition</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Reviewing and transitioning employer brand, EVP and careers content for different international markets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working closely with TA, L&D, technology, data/privacy, brand and vendor stakeholders</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identifying migration, governance and operational risks early and turning them into a clear plan</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">The environment is global, with collaboration expected across US, European and APAC teams, including a planned sourcing hub in the Philippines. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>We’re looking for someone who has:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong TA Operations / Recruitment Operations experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Led complex ATS implementations or migrations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with <strong>Greenhouse and/or Ashby</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Worked across global, multi-region talent environments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong programme and change-management capability</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience bringing structure to ambiguous or evolving projects</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Credibility working with senior stakeholders, recruiters, vendors and cross-functional teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ideally supported merger, acquisition or organisational-integration programmes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exposure to employer brand / EVP / careers-content transformation would be a big advantage</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Most importantly, you need to be comfortable operating autonomously.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">There won’t necessarily be a perfectly packaged playbook waiting for you.
