You will work closely with engineers and experts in the Kaluza Data Product team, other Kaluza domain Implementation leads, and relevant client subject-matter experts to ensure that our data model and products are localised to meet our client&#39;s needs.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities include:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Client Engagement:&lt;/strong&gt; Articulate Kaluza data products and data models to our key clients.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements &amp;amp; Roadmap:&lt;/strong&gt; Document and translate client requirements for data products and align them with the global product roadmap priorities.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Development Support:&lt;/strong&gt; Support development by refining and prioritising backlog items and work with software engineers to deliver solutions that drive value for clients.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Product Adoption:&lt;/strong&gt; Drive product adoption through the creation of technical documentation, release communications, and delivering training sessions for client stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Domain Integration:&lt;/strong&gt; Gain a broad understanding of various Kaluza Product areas—Billing &amp;amp; Payments, Customer Care, Energy Commerce and Energy Optimisation—and how data products can unlock value in each.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Data Model Contribution:&lt;/strong&gt; Be a key contributor to Kaluza&#39;s global data model with the potential to own its extension and maintenance for all clients.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Metrics &amp;amp; Culture:&lt;/strong&gt; Work with the team to build and measure the right metrics for product success and nurture a culture of learning from data.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Communication:&lt;/strong&gt; Radiate information, improve transparency and communicate effectively to internal and external audiences.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About You&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ideally you&#39;ll have/be:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Technical Experience:&lt;/strong&gt; 3+ years experience as an agile Product Manager working on data platforms/products.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Rollout Experience:&lt;/strong&gt; Experience supporting large-scale enterprise product rollouts, especially on &quot;edge&quot; / localised deployments of a global product.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Stakeholder Management:&lt;/strong&gt; You excel at managing stakeholders, with the ability to value and juggle competing priorities and influence decisions at all levels of the organisation.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Communication Skills:&lt;/strong&gt; You excel at written and visual communication to both technical and commercial audiences.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Problem Solver:&lt;/strong&gt; You are a patient and tenacious problem solver who is willing to roll up their sleeves to learn and understand a domain despite limited knowledge or experience in it.&lt;/li&gt;
