In this role, you won’t just be managing routine numbers; you’ll own core liquidity processes, manage risk across high-exposure entities, and jump into diverse ad-hoc projects that require creative problem-solving. margin-bottom: 0px; padding-inline-start: 48px;"> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Monitor daily global cash positions and ensure optimal liquidity across entities, ensuring bank balances are being pulled into SAP correctly.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Execute cash pooling, intercompany funding, and short‑term investments.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Manage short‑term borrowing facilities and revolving credit utilisation.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Support month‑end and quarter‑end liquidity reporting.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Maintain banking platforms, user access, mandates, and KYC documentation.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Support the negotiation of banking fees, credit facilities, and service improvements.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Coordinate account openings, closures, and rationalisation initiatives.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Monitor FX exposures and support execution of hedging strategies in line with policy.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Assist with interest rate risk analysis and counterparty risk monitoring.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and external regulatory requirements.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Assist with payment approvals for weekly payment runs.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Work with BDO to ensure SAP clearing accounts (relating to Treasury) are reconciled and cleared.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Prepare documentation related to intercompany debt and equity funding.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Manage Fund level cash flow forecast to determine cash requirements from investors.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Act as a subject‑matter expert for treasury systems (SAP, TMS), ensuring data integrity and driving automation opportunities.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> ACT qualification (CertT, AMCT)</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">4+ years’ experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial risk management.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience with FX, interest rate products, and treasury accounting principles.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Exposure working with treasury management systems will be beneficial (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, SAP, GTreasury).</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 11pt;
