Chief of Staff

<br><strong>Your mission</strong><p><p style="margin-bottom:6pt;">We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial <strong>Chief of Staff (f/m/d)</strong> to join the leadership team at deeploi.</p><p style="margin-bottom:6pt;">In this role, you act as a <strong>strategic and operational partner to the CEO</strong>, driving cross-functional alignment, owning our financial steering, and making sure decisions are taken and executed across the company.</p><p style="margin-bottom:6pt;">You combine <strong>sharp financial judgment</strong> with organisational excellence, acting as a <strong>bridge between strategy, finance and execution</strong>, as we build deeploi into a company with sustainable, profitable growth.</p><p style="margin-bottom:6pt;">This is a highly visible role with a wide scope. Wherever a topic matters and has no clear home, you take it, own it end to end, and drive it to a result. You set a high bar for yourself and the people around you.</p><p style="margin-top:14pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:7pt;margin-left:0cm;"><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Own strategic projects: </strong>Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from first structure to final delivery.</li><li><strong>Shape our commercial model: </strong>Drive how we position, package and price our product as we expand our SaaS offering and open up new go-to-market tiers.</li><li><strong>Lead financial steering &amp; reporting: </strong>Own business planning, forecasts, investor reporting and performance tracking, as well as accounting, billing and our external finance partners.</li><li><strong>Structure how we run: </strong>Drive OKRs, decision-making and cross-functional collaboration for clarity and accountability, shape the formats that hold the team together and, together with People, connect company OKRs to performance management and feedback.</li><li><strong>Partner with leadership: </strong>Act as a trusted thought partner to the Founders and the leadership team, including sparring on People initiatives.</li><li><strong>Own legal &amp; contracts: </strong>Take responsibility for customer contracts and contractual updates, coordinate external legal support, manage our public funding topics and drive our ISO topics.</li></ul></p><br><strong>Your profile</strong><p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in <strong>consulting</strong>, investment or <strong>strategic and finance roles</strong> in a startup or scale-up, for example as a Chief of Staff, in a founder’s office, or in a senior finance role.</li><li>Strong background in <strong>financial analysis, reporting and planning</strong>, and confident in Excel modelling. Specialist accounting expertise is not required.</li><li>A real appetite to <strong>grab topics, take full accountability and drive them end to end</strong>, without waiting for someone to hand you a plan.
