AboutAs a Working Student in Customer Care at Chrono24, you support the team that keeps the quality of our customer service consistently high. Working within established procedures and guidelines, you help review support cases against clear quality criteria, keep our knowledge base accurate and up to date, and spot recurring patterns that help the team improve. This role suits someone who is structured, reliable, and enjoys careful, detail-oriented work within a clear framework. It is a great entry point into customer operations if you want to understand how a high-quality support organisation really works, from the inside. The position is based at our Karlsruhe office.
