Director / Sr Director / Vice President Business Development – US North East (gn)

<br><strong>Your mission</strong><p><ul><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand Proteros' market presence on the East Coast</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Growing current business, identifying and developing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical and biotech companies, leveraging a deep industry network.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships across stand-alone and integrated businesses.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with Proteros' goals and objectives, facilitating cross-functional cooperation.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Lead high-level negotiations and close deals that drive significant revenue growth.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Represent Proteros at major industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and network with industry leaders.</span></li></ul></p><br><strong>Your profile</strong><p><ul><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Minimum of 10 years of business development experience, ideally with 5 years’ expertise in the CRO industry.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Proven track record of successful sales and territory management experience within the CRO space.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Degree in a life science-related field.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Extensive network within the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, with ability to leverage these connections to sign business.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Deep understanding of early drug discovery processes, structural biology, proteins, biologics, biophysics, and integrated programs through.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective business development strategies.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Proven ability to build and sustain strong professional
