SAP HCM Consultant (TM, OM & PA)

<h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Configure and support SAP HCM modules including TM, OM, and PA.</li><li>Analyze business requirements and provide effective SAP HCM solutions.</li><li>Manage employee master data, organizational structures, and time management processes.</li><li>Implement and support payroll-related integrations with PA and TM modules.</li><li>Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.</li><li>Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.</li><li>Prepare functional specifications and support documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.</li></ul><h2>Required Skills:</h2><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM TM, OM, and PA.</li><li>Good understanding of Personnel Administration actions and organizational structures.</li><li>Experience in Time Management configuration, work schedules, absence/attendance management, and quota processing.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with Payroll and SuccessFactors is an added advantage.</li><li>Experience in support, implementation, or upgrade projects.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk">Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
