We’re looking for a performance-driven and analytical Paid Social & Analytics Manager (m/f/d) to manage our META ad accounts and support our international growth.As a Paid Social & Analytics Manager (m/f/d) your main tasks will be: <ul><li>Manage our META Accounts: Handle the setup, structuring, targeting and optimization of our META ad accounts across multiple countries.</li><li>Plan & execute Growth Campaigns: Implement and monitor campaigns that deliver growth and are aimed at acquiring new customers in DACH, France, Italy, and more.</li><li>Analyze & Test: Conduct funnel analyses, A/B tests and creative learnings using tools like Tableau, META Business Manager, Motion and Spreadsheets.</li><li>Strategy: Define bundles and collaborate on testing strategies and platform setups for product launches, ensuring they align with our broader business goals.</li><li>Report & Optimize: Coordinate performance across markets, contribute to our OKRs, prepare reports and provide data-based recommendations to the Management.</li></ul> <h3 style="text-align:center;">THIS IS YOU</h3> If you are passionately committed to sustainability and highly motivated to make the world a little cleaner with us, then we think you are really great!
