<h2>About the role</h2>We're looking for charismatic, ambitious people to become the face of live shopping for sellers on Tilt.This isn't a traditional presenting role. It's about entertaining, building a community and creating shows people genuinely want to watch.We're not looking for the most polished presenter. We're looking for someone memorable. Someone who can grab attention, tell a story and keep viewers coming back.As a Live Shopping Host, you'll have the opportunity to develop your own on-screen style, grow an audience and help shape the future of live shopping.<h2>Working pattern</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Commitment of 3-5 days per week, with a minimum of 6 hours per shift</li><li>Live shopping shows typically take place between 3:00pm and 12:00am, when audiences are most active</li><li>You'll need to be available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as part of your regular schedule</li></ul><h2>What you'll do</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Host regular live shopping shows for our sellers that entertain, engage and drive sales</li><li>Develop your own recognisable on-screen personality and style</li><li>Build genuine relationships with viewers and grow a loyal community</li><li>Create recurring formats, moments and experiences that make your streams memorable</li><li>Produce short-form content to support and promote your live shows</li><li>Take part in events and activations to grow your presence on and off the platform</li><li>Work closely with our creative team to experiment, review performance and continuously improve the live experience</li></ul><h2>We're looking for someone who</h2>Experience is a bonus, but personality matters more.You might already create content, stream, perform or sell live. Or you might simply be the person who naturally lights up a room and draws people in.You'll thrive in this role if you:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Love being on camera and feel comfortable performing live</li><li>Can think on your feet and enjoy unscripted moments</li><li>Know how to capture attention and keep an audience engaged</li><li>Have a big personality and aren't afraid to show it</li><li>Enjoy connecting with people and building communities</li><li>Bring your own ideas and take initiative</li><li>Are adaptable and happy to get stuck into different projects as part of a growing team</li><li>Want to build your own audience, not just host someone else's content</li></ul><h2>What you'll get</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>£13-£15 per hour, plus uncapped commission based on show performance</li><li>The freedom to develop your own on-screen style and creative identity</li><li>Support to create content and grow your audience</li><li>The opportunity to work with brands and sellers in the growing live shopping space.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>You must have the right to work in the UK</li><li>You must be available to work on-site in central London locations</li><li>Availability for evening, weekend and bank holiday shows is required</li><li>Previous presenting, content creation, sales or entertainment experience is a bonus, but not required</li></ul><h2>How to apply</h2>Forget the cover letter.
