<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is the <strong>first dedicated Revenue Operations hire</strong> at a fast-scaling, Series A AI/SaaS company in the industrial procurement intelligence space. You'll partner directly with senior revenue leadership to design, build, and operate the systems that power the full revenue cycle — from outbound business development through enterprise pipeline, customer onboarding, and expansion. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and wants to shape how a company goes to market at a critical growth stage.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The company is headquartered in Munich, Germany, and is backed by leading European and global venture investors. The team is ~150 people and growing rapidly, with a strong culture of entrepreneurial thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and extreme ownership.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with Revenue Operations leadership and the Managing Director of Revenue to build and scale revenue systems company-wide.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead strategic projects that reshape the sales motion and support enterprise and international expansion initiatives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and maintain the operational backbone spanning business development, AE pipeline management, customer onboarding, and expansion.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build reporting and analytics frameworks that surface meaningful patterns and translate data into strategic decisions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, account executives, customer experience, and expansion teams to identify and remove friction across the revenue cycle.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and implement enablement programs, AI tooling integrations, and onboarding solutions that multiply team output.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to the design of compensation and equity structures in support of revenue team growth.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Dealbreakers (must-haves):</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience in Revenue Operations or an equivalent function building and delivering revenue processes and systems end-to-end.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated experience operationalizing revenue processes across the <strong>full revenue cycle</strong>: outbound/BDR, AE pipeline management, customer onboarding, and expansion.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Fluency in both German and English</strong> (written and spoken) — non-negotiable for this role.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong systems thinker who can design structures <em>and</em> operationalize them independently, end-to-end.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record delivering measurable revenue improvements in a <strong>high-growth or VC-backed startup</strong> environment (e.g., built from zero, rapid scaling).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability and willingness to be <strong>on-site in Munich 4+ days per week</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working directly with senior leadership (founders, managing directors, revenue leaders) to define and execute strategy.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience enabling or implementing <strong>AI tooling and automation</strong> within a revenue operations context.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track record of extreme ownership: you identify issues, build fixes, and ship without waiting for permission.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior founder experience or a clear entrepreneurial orientation — e.g., you've started something, backed something, or have a strong desire to do so.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background at high-calibre consulting, enterprise software, or process intelligence firms.</p></li></ul><h3>Location &amp; Work Arrangement</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Location:</strong> Munich, Bavaria, Germany</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Work arrangement:</strong> On-site — 4+ days per week in the Munich office is required.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Visa sponsorship:</strong> Not available — candidates must already have the right to work in Germany.</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Competitive compensation package including base salary and <strong>equity</strong>, commensurate with experience.
