from discovery and requirements through delivery, launch, and post-launch iteration</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Understand</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> customer payment workflows across our global client base and translate them into a prioritized, ROI-driven roadmap</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Create</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> and maintain integrations with payment providers, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance across markets</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Coordinate</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> across Engineering, CS, Marketing, Sales, and external payment partners to keep the product ready for new markets and payment methods</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Define and track</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> success metrics, using data to identify friction points and measure impact on adoption and revenue</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Lead</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> your cross-functional team, setting a standard for clear documentation, sharp prioritization, and shipping with quality</span></p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><h4><strong><span style="color:#1F3864">What we look for</span></strong></h4><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Hands-on experience building or scaling payment integrations from scratch</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> (routing, PSP/acquirer integrations, virtual cards, ACH, or cross-border payments) </span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">3-5+ years as a Product Manager,</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> with a track record of shipping features end-to-end</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Strong ability</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> to work with APIs and technical integrations, including the messy parts: partner limitations, versioning, error handling, reconciliation</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Critical thinking</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> and comfort navigating ambiguous, multi-layered problems with no obvious shortcuts</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Outstanding skills</span></strong><span style="color:#000000"> in stakeholder management -
