<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're an early-stage ambient AI startup building a continuous system of context, memory, and intelligence designed to integrate seamlessly into daily life — helping people offload routine tasks and stay more focused on what matters. We're looking for a <strong>Community Operations Lead</strong> to build and own our community presence from the ground up.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a zero-to-one role. You'll be a key, visible figure within the community itself, working directly with company leadership to define and shape the role as the work surfaces. If you thrive without a pre-built playbook and love turning engaged early users into true product evangelists, this is for you.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and run community presence across the platforms where early users are active (Discord, X, and others).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own moderation, engagement, and day-to-day community operations — including resolving conflicts and driving meaningful participation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate community events and touchpoints, both digital and in-person.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with product and research teams to leverage the community for UX research and user studies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with Go-to-Market to execute coordinated campaigns with the most dedicated users and convert power users into product evangelists.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define operational scope and build processes for community programs in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work directly with senior leadership to shape the direction of this function as it evolves.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Must-haves:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2+ years of experience in community operations or management roles, building or growing online communities for <strong>B2C or prosumer products</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated experience building community operations and engagement strategies <strong>from scratch</strong> in early-stage environments — without established playbooks.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience moderating communities across platforms such as <strong>Discord and X</strong>, including resolving user conflicts and sustaining active engagement.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, research, or GTM teams to surface community insights or run coordinated user campaigns.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience coordinating community events and digital touchpoints.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Operationally sharp — comfortable defining scope and building processes in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Independently capable of making judgment calls and representing the brand publicly with confidence.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience coordinating in-person (IRL) community events.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Multilingual capabilities for engaging with international community members.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background in consumer technology, hardware, or AI product communities.</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Compensation details have not been specified for this role.
