Deine Mission bei ucm:Als Chief Product Officer baust du aus ucm eine AI-first Produkt- und Wachstumsplattform für flexible Arbeit. Du verbindest ucm Direct, Matching, Marketing Automation und Operations zu einem skalierbaren System, das auch akquirierte Personaldienstleister schnell integrieren kann. Dabei lieferst du selbst, führst Product, Engineering und Growth fachlich. Du identifizierst die wertvollsten Probleme im operativen Geschäft und entwickelst daraus Lösungen, die sich im realen Einsatz bewähren und anschließend skalieren lassen.
