Tailored Growth Sourcing (Tech, Product & Business)</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You own the execution of bespoke talent acquisition strategies designed specifically for the unique, cross-functional roadmaps of Sunday and justDice.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run highly customized, exhaustive searches across multiple platforms to identify and acquire niche technical profiles, product leaders, and commercial business talent.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain continuous passive pipelines tailored to both the core engineering setups and commercial growth engines of your designated portfolio companies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Focus heavily on outbound acquisition, treating every search like a dedicated mapping project to secure elite talent that inbound channels miss.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>2. Integrated Business Proactivity</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You don't wait for a job requisition to cross your desk; you are embedded in the rhythm of the business.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with Engineering Leads, Product Directors, and Business Stakeholders to deeply understand their team dynamics, upcoming projects, and potential skills gaps.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Actively monitor team health and project roadmaps to propose proactive talent solutions, sourcing and validating great long-term fits without needing to be asked.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Transition smoothly from reacting to immediate hiring requests to executing strategic, situational talent mapping.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>3. Internal TA Ecosystem Collaboration</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You don't operate in a silo. You leverage the full power of our centralized TA specialized functions to maximize your output.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner seamlessly with our internal <strong>Talent Intelligence</strong> team to utilize market data, map competitor talent pools, and identify high-yield sourcing vectors.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with <strong>TA Operations</strong> to optimize interview workflows, eliminate process bottlenecks, and ensure candidate data flows cleanly through our tool stack.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as the bridge connecting centralized data and operational support directly to the ground-level needs of Sunday and justDice.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul></li></ul><h2><strong>Who you are:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Experience:</strong> 3-5+ years of relevant recruiting experience within high-growth environments. Alternatively, a strong recruitment agency background with a distinct passion for transitioning in-house.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Mindset:</strong> An exceptionally proactive, self-starting professional. You excel when integrated directly into a business unit, driven by an inherent passion to discover new talent. You exhibit strong agility while navigating complex, fluid, and high-stakes environments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Sourcing & Collaboration:</strong> Outbound sourcing skills combined with a collaborative approach to partnering with internal Operations and Intelligence specialists.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Background:</strong> Experience in Talent Acquisition, Consulting, or Project Management is highly preferred to help navigate stakeholder landscapes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Education:</strong> A university degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field would be advantageous.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Language(s): </strong>Professional fluency in English and ideally German.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Tech Stack & AI:</strong> High comfort level utilizing standard recruitment infrastructure and generative/agentic tools.
