Deine Mission bei ucm:Als Technical Product Manager übersetzt du konkrete Probleme von Kunden, flexiblen Mitarbeitenden und internen Teams in Lösungen, die sich im realen Einsatz beweisen und anschließend durch Prozesse, Software oder AI skalieren lassen. Dafür arbeitest du hands-on mit Daten, Prototypen, Automatisierungen und Produktspezifikationen und verbindest Fachbereiche und Engineering vom ersten Problemverständnis bis zum produktiven Einsatz. Du sorgst dafür, dass ucm weniger irrelevante Software baut und erfolgreiche Lösungen schneller im gesamten Unternehmen einsetzt.
