You will work on Home, which spans the whole platform, and on a new, broad initiative. You will set direction and work across the company.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div><h3>What you are expected to do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own design for Home and the new platform-wide initiative.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Set direction rather than wait for it; move between Core areas as priorities change.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work with people across the org, from US sales to risk and compliance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a key partner to PM and Engineering leads in defining the roadmap: what gets built, why and when.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Connect multiple domains and keep the product experience coherent and consistent.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Mentor Senior Designers and help with hiring: recruit from your network, interview and raise the bar.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Switch context fast, solve the problem and make decisions on your own.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ship at speed, then keep iterating.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div></li></ul><h3>What you need to succeed</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Staff-level product design experience across broad, ambiguous areas.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">At least 10 years of experience leading end-to-end product design for web and/or mobile applications.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong UX and UI expertise, with a history of working with, implementing or scaling design systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A track record of cross-functional alignment: explaining complex strategy to leadership and managing stakeholder expectations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Full-cycle design ownership, from ideation and strategy to implementation and design QA.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Very high craft and a portfolio with a wow effect.
