This is key to scaling our business; therefore, our focus is on innovation and automation.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color:#5a5f72">What you will do:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#5a5f72">Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5a5f72">Automate and innovate our existing inventory (our API product is already used by big players)</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5a5f72">Own scoping and management of onboarding new carriers; establish wider scope throughout Asia</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5a5f72">Take a lead role in defining and challenging strategic decisions</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5a5f72">Contribute to the team with process improvements (e.g. Jira, reporting, etc.)</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5a5f72">Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external – C-level)</span><strong><span style="color:#5a5f72"><br></span></strong></p></li></ul><p><strong><span style="color:#5a5f72">Workplace: </span></strong><span style="color:#5a5f72">Berlin & Hybrid; or Remote</span></p><p><span style="color:#5a5f72">We are a remote-first international company with team members spread around the world. If, however, you prefer working onsite/hybrid, our heart is in Berlin, one of the biggest and most vibrant tech hubs in Europe, and we are happy to assist with relocation.</span></p> <br> <p><strong><span style="color:#5a5f72">Who you are: </span></strong></p><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color:#5a5f72">MUST HAVE: Rail industry experience. </span></strong><span style="color:#5a5f72">Hands-on experience with PICO API, OSDM, or other European rail carrier and transportation industry standards.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#5a5f72">Product Management background:</span></strong><span style="color:#5a5f72"> 4+ years of professional experience, with hands-on exposure to the technical side of the product (APIs / data products) — experience with complex products is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#5a5f72">Stakeholder management:</span></strong><span style="color:#5a5f72"> strong track record influencing without direct authority, including at C-level, while comfortably context-switching and showing proactivity and ownership across your responsibilities.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#5a5f72">Management skills:</span></strong><span style="color:#5a5f72"> solid grounding across product, process, project, and people management, developed within cross-functional teams.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#5a5f72">Background:</span></strong><span style="color:#5a5f72"> technical or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; fluent in English, both verbal and written.</span></p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color:#5a5f72">Nice to have:</span></strong></p><ul class="[&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-2.5 pl-7"><li><p><strong><span style="color:#5a5f72">Ready to lead (experience is a plus)</span></strong><span style="color:#5a5f72">: you may have already managed a small team of technical PMs or analysts.
