As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable military ground control station applications coordinating various effectors and integrating with external systems in real-time mission-critical environments.<h3>Your roadmap to make an impact</h3><ul><li>Own the backend and integration layer for ground systems the services connecting operator tools, vehicles, sensors, and mission infrastructure</li><li>Design event-driven architectures and durable interface contracts so frontend, embedded, and partner systems can integrate and evolve safely</li><li>Build software that holds up in real operations, from telemetry pipelines to deployment, and follow problems across service boundaries end to end (including occasional lab or field support)</li><li>Raise engineering standards through design, code review, and mentoring, working closely with frontend, embedded, and guidance/navigation/control engineers</li></ul> We care more about strong software engineers than checkbox perfection.
