Working Student IT & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

<br><strong>Role Responsibilities: What you will do</strong><p><ul><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Support the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure and technical office environment.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Help manage and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment in close collaboration with the IT team.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoints such as PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and conference room equipment.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Support IT security monitoring and help identify, investigate, and resolve potential security incidents.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Provide hands-on IT support to colleagues and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.</li></ul></p><br><strong>Role Requirements: What you need to succeed</strong><p><ul><li>Currently studying computer science, information technology, or a related field.</li><li>A strong interest in IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, hardware, and cybersecurity.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS-Office applications, Microsoft Cloud services, and Windows, iOS, and Linux environments.</li><li>A structured, hands-on approach and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when supporting colleagues.</li></ul></p><br><strong>Why idealworks</strong><p><ul><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">At idealworks, you will find an international working environment and become part of an experienced, open team where mutual trust counts.
