<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're a Berlin-based B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency — over five years in operation, 30+ people strong, and growing fast. We help B2B tech and SaaS companies acquire more qualified leads, shorten sales cycles, and reduce customer acquisition costs through data-driven paid advertising and AI-powered outreach.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As <strong>Founders Associate</strong>, you'll work directly alongside the founding team, owning strategic projects end to end, automating operations, and helping shape the company's next stage of growth. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for a hands-on generalist who wants to build — not just advise.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own strategic and operational projects from start to finish, building and scaling processes using modern automation tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier) and AI platforms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead financial planning — budgeting, forecasting, and developing scalable frameworks to support sustainable growth.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement AI-driven automation to increase operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build modern business intelligence structures using tools like <strong>Snowflake</strong> and <strong>Looker Studio</strong> to enable data-driven decision-making.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a strategic sparring partner to the founders, contributing independent perspectives on key business decisions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive new business ideas and go-to-market strategies from zero to one.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate complex challenges into structured analyses and clear, actionable implementation plans.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Must-haves:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">1–3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment — early-stage startup, strategy consulting, or venture capital.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluency in <strong>both German and English</strong> (written and spoken) — this is a hard requirement.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience developing and launching new business ideas or go-to-market strategies from scratch (0 → 1).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make.com, Zapier).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience owning financial planning processes including budgeting and forecasting.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with BI tooling such as Snowflake and/or Looker Studio.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track record of structured analysis and delivering clear implementation plans for complex topics.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience advising founders or senior leadership on strategic and operational matters.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">First experience managing employees or interns.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Who thrives here:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have genuine passion for company-building and are deeply curious about how businesses grow.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You bias toward action, take full ownership, and hold yourself to high standards.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You're comfortable with ambiguity and energized — not intimidated — by a blank slate.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You embrace AI and automation as core parts of how modern operations should run.</p></li></ul><h3>Location & Work Arrangement</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is based <strong>on-site in Berlin, Germany</strong>.
