Senior Engineering Project Manager - ADAS Homologation (M/W/D)

<div> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Technical Project Manager</strong> to lead the homologation of Advanced Driver‑Assistance and semi‑autonomous driving systems in Europe and China.<br>You will work at the intersection of <strong>engineering, regulation, and customer engagement</strong>, ensuring our <strong>L2++ safety and comfort features</strong> meet regulatory, safety, and customer expectations on the path to mass production.</p> </div><br><strong>How your job will look like:</strong><br><div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Initiate, plan, and execute semi‑autonomous vehicle programs for <strong>globally known OEMs</strong></li> <li>Own the <strong>end‑to‑end homologation</strong> of ADAS and automated driving systems (EU &amp; China), including <strong>UNECE regulations, Euro NCAP, and type approval</strong></li> <li>Act as the <strong>single point of contact</strong> for homologation affairs across engineering and commercial domains, enabling fast decision‑making and alignment</li> <li>Manage type approval <strong>roadmap, timeline, integration, delivery, and monitoring</strong> from concept to SOP</li> <li>Translate regulatory and customer requirements into execution by leading <strong>technical workshops, test drives, system tuning, and validation activities</strong> for driving and safety functions</li> <li>Coordinate with OEMs, technical services, and authorities throughout certification and approval phases</li> <li>Drive resolution of <strong>internal and external escalations</strong>, reducing delivery risk and maintaining customer confidence</li> </ul></div><br><strong>All you need is:</strong><br><div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar)</li> <li>7+ years of experience in technical project or program management (automotive or high‑tech)</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>ADAS and automated driving development lifecycles</strong></li> <li>Solid knowledge of <strong>European regulations (UNECE)</strong>; Chinese standards are a strong plus</li> <li>Experience leading multi‑site, cross‑disciplinary teams and working directly with OEMs or certification bodies</li> <li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills</li> <li>Fluent in <strong>English</strong> (German is a plus)</li> <li>Willingness to travel within Europe and to China</li> </ul></div><div>Mobileye changes the way we drive, from preventing accidents to semi and fully autonomous vehicles.
